Copper State Credit Union (Formerly Deer Valley Credit Union) developed a single-story, 3,690 SF credit union branch with two covered self-serve ATM drive-up lanes. The facility features an open concept customer lobby and teller area, with manager and banker offices, staff breakroom and work room, and safety deposit box room all adjacent. Working with the design team at DBSI, Inc., we created a visually appealing entrance feature consisting of painted steel angles producing unique shade patterns over the recessed entrance. The interior space continues the linear elements throughout the millwork and frameless glass offices. The focal point of the lobby and teller area is a large skylight providing diffused natural light. This increased the overall volume, creating a larger, brighter, and more enjoyable space.
